By now you’ve surely heard all about Sony’s latest State of Play broadcast. The short 12-minute affair pulled no punches & even less filler, dishing out trailers for highly anticipated titles like MediEvil &

Final Fantasy VII Remake, while adding new games like Away: The Survival Series & Predator: Hunting Grounds to the mix. Short but sweet was the order of the day, & while this State of Play was a marked improvement over the last there was still a great deal of excitement missing from the event,

be that down to a number of big name titles missing in action, or the fact the PS4 is slowly running out of steam. Either way this is unlikely to change while the shadow of the PS5 looms over what little life the PS4 has left.
