Croc’s Comeback, Again

You might remember that Playstation platformer Croc and it’s sequel Croc 2 recently released with remastered version on modern consoles and PC. The news was both surprising and pleasant, with the well liked series and developer Argonaut showing the world there was still life in the them. One
wrinkle though was that a physical release of the two games was something of a rarity, limited in printing. But that’s changing now, with both games coming physically to Switch 2 and the second game coming to the PS5.
Playing videogames, writing about videogames, considering videogames—that about sums it up. Videogames are the one hobby that I’ve kept since I was only little, zapping ducks on the NES or knocking out MR. X. And when I’m not enjoying classics from the bit generation of games or checking out those earliest of polygons, I’m probably playing something from today’s age of modern gaming: if I’m not complaining about it. Something I’m doing at the moment? Playing dome of the survival horror games in my GOG and Steam libraries.
