Pokémon Presents! New Pokémon Snap

The Pokémon Company decided to hold a Pokémon event today (17/06/20) to coincide with the release of the first of the two-part DLC for Pokémon Sword and Shield.

The event (Pokémon Presents) started with the reveal of a Pokémon ‘game’ for mobile that helps make teeth-brushing fun called Pokémon Smile. Next up was a puzzle-game called Pokémon Cafe Mix, and that was followed by the biggest news of the event; New Pokémon Snap is coming to the Nintendo Switch. It’s a sequel to the popular N64 game Pokémon Snap. There was some Pokémon Go news too and a little bit about Raid Battles on Pokémon Sword and Shield, and the event ended with the promise that there will be another Pokémon Presents on the 24th of June, 2020, which will involve ‘another big project’ that The Pokémon Company is working on (whatever that might be).
