Fans of wrestling games, and many games fans generally, are well aware of the debacle that surrounded WWE 2K20. The game has become something of a joke among fans for its many faults, including it hefty catalogue of graphical and game-play related glitches.

While 2K takes its time with the next release in the WWE 2K series, having cancelled 2K21 to ensure there’s time to set things right, fans have WWE Battlegrounds to fill the void.

If and miniaturised John Cena taking on a pocket-sized Stone Cold interests you then you’ll be glad to know that Battlegrounds will be releasing on the 18th of September, 2020.

Battlegrounds will be releasing on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
