Take-Two & Codemasters
Take-Two has announced that they will be going ahead with a purchase of games industry veterans Codemasters.
In a statement Take-Two CEO Mr. Strauss Zelnick commented that Codemasters’ racing titles would be ‘complementary to our sports portfolio’. Mr. Zelnick would be referring to the 2K series of sports titles that Take-Two also owns.
The purchase of Codemasters is supposed to be completed next year, and at a price just short of
$1 billion.
