THQ Showcase: 2026
Nordic storm
THQ Nordic held their now annual showcase of all those games they want to squeeze into your peepers. As is always their habit, THQ Nordic has just too many games to list them all (their catalogue is huge), with titles running from Sacred 2 Remasted to SpongeBob Squarepants: Titans of the tides. What was the most interesting part of the presentation though was no games at all, instead THQ Nordic decided to inform us that they still had twelve games in development that were as yet unannounced. You’d have to assume that there’s a big name or two mixed into those twelve unnamed games, why else make mention, it’s just wondering what they are.

Playing videogames, writing about videogames, considering videogames—that about sums it up. Videogames are the one hobby that I’ve kept since I was only little, zapping ducks on the NES or knocking out MR. X. And when I’m not enjoying classics from the bit generation of games or checking out those earliest of polygons, I’m probably playing something from today’s age of modern gaming: if I’m not complaining about it. Something I’m doing at the moment? Returning to Turok with the collection on Switch.
