Silent Hill 2 Remake
After years shackled and shadowed by a publisher in Konami who, inexplicably, have all but relinquished their status among the greats of game creation. Following the recent ‘Silent Hill Transmission’ event though things are all turning around; one of the announcements being a remake of Silent Hill 2.
It might have released over 2 decades ago but the second game in the Silent Hill series still summons up swells of superlatives from fans of the scary sequel. Considering that, Blooper Team, creators of the promising but ultimately disappointing ‘The Medium’, are handling development duties of this remake.
Konami were kind enough to provide a teaser-trailer.
The remake will be a console exclusive on the Playstation 5 for the first twelve months after release and will also release on PC, but it is safe to assume that the Silent Hill 2 Remake will move to Xbox after that.
