The official Polymega X account has confirmed that pack-in games that were removed in an update are coming back to the console in a future update.

Originally it was announced that all Piko Interactive published games that had been included with the Polymega console were removed following an update because the licencing agreement between Playmaji and Polymega came to an end. This was news to people that had purchased the Polymega since no one told them these games were part of a time limited deal; doubly so for people that have brought a Polymega and still haven’t received it, and so would have not even tried these games that were presented as part of their purchase.

As bad as this is (and it is bad), Playmaji have at least managed to come to an agreement to bring the games back.

Playing videogames, writing about videogames, considering videogames—that about sums it up. Videogames are the one hobby that I’ve kept since I was only little, zapping ducks on the NES or knocking out MR. X. And when I’m not enjoying classics from the bit generation of games or checking out those earliest of polygons, I’m probably playing something from today’s age of modern gaming: if I’m not complaining about it. Something I’m doing at the moment? Collecting Legendary Pokemon that I missed in Arceus and Sword the first time around.
