New Eiyuden Chronicle Gameplay

All you RPG fans out there that have been waiting for more information on the Suikoden spiritual-successor Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, I have good news. IGN has released a video of gameplay footage for the companion title Eyuden Chronicle: Rising, that is just short of a half hour long.

For those unaware, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is a new JRPG from Rabbit & Bear Studios, a game developer with staff that have previously worked on the Suikoden series, so news of a new RPG from the same people has got a lot of fans excited.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising (the new footage is for Rising) is a prequel to Hundred Heroes and an action RPG.

Although the real excitement is around Hundred Heroes, it is good to see that development at Rabbit & Bear is going well, hopefully heralding good news for both games.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is expected to release on PS4/5, Xbox One/Series, PC and Switch, and the same is true for Hundred Heroes with the exception of the Switch. The games are to release in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
