Lunar Remastered Collection

A duo of well loved, classic JRPGs from the Playstation are getting the remaster treatment. Coming from GungHo (the same company that gave us the re-release of Grandia 1 & 2) Lunar: The Silver Star Story and Lunar 2: Eternal Blue will come in a double-pack, for the Switch, PS4/5, Xbox One and PC.

The Lunar games are highly regarded among RPG fans, but two that will set you back a hefty wage, and because of that, seeing more classic games (ones that are hard to play from decades ago, not a PS4 game that I could just pop into my PS5) make their way to modern consoles, saving us time and money, is always welcome.

Playing videogames, writing about videogames, considering videogames—that about sums it up. Videogames are the one hobby that I’ve kept since I was only little, zapping ducks on the NES or knocking out MR. X. And when I’m not enjoying classics from the bit generation of games or checking out those earliest of polygons, I’m probably playing something from today’s age of modern gaming: if I’m not complaining about it. Something I’m doing at the moment? I started dipping my toes in the vast sea of Kemco JRPGs.
