Lollipop Trailer
Lollipop Chainsaw is perhaps Suda 51’s most successful game – Catherine is the only other contender as far as I can tell but Grasshopper isn’t the most loud about their sales – so it’s no surprise that there’s some anticipation surrounding the Lollipop remaster, RePOP.
Well new developer Dragami Games has released a new trailer for the remaster.
The new trailer confirms a release date for RePOP of September 25th, 2024, and the game will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, PS5, Xbox Series and PC. A physical version is supposed to release as well as the digital one.
Although development of RePOP is being handled by Dragami Games instead of Suda 51 and Grasshopper, Lollipop’s new developers have affirmed and reaffirmed their wish to release a remaster that is faithful to the original, with only quality of life improvement being added.
Playing videogames, writing about videogames, considering videogames—that about sums it up.
