Kirby riding onto Switch
Nintendo is an enigma. I think that statement stands on its own but if you need an example: today the Big-N is airing a Direct event, and a massive forty-five minute one too—on Kirby Air Riders. Before we continue, it might seem I’m unenthusiastic about a peak at Kirby’s latest foray into the world of racing but you’d be wrong. I’m very interested to see what the pink ball of fun has in store for us in Air Riders, but we’re not talking about a peak, we’re talking about three quarters of an hour. I don’t know what Nintendo has to show us in that time, but perhaps Kirby Air Riders is a bigger game than I and many others were expecting—I certainly hope so.
