The next survival-horror game coming from Blooper Team (Silent Hill 2 Remake, The Medium) has a new gameplay trailer showing some combat and some of the world we can expect from the science fiction setting. The monsters seem reminiscent of The Thing with all the assimilation of biological matter going on; and although Blooper doesn’t have the best record with survival-horror (a lot of their horror titles are more along the ‘walking-simulator’ lines), but the remake of Silent Hill 2 has been well received, so perhaps with that experience under their belt and the creative freedom that comes with another of their own stories Cronos will be a hit with classic survival-horror fans.
Cronos: The New Dawn is set for release sometime in 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
