Castle of Heart Retold
The story retold
You may remember (or you may not) that I wrote a review for Castle of Heart for the Switch just over six years ago now; and I enjoyed it. It was little expensive for what it was, but I recommended it when it goes on discount. My thoughts on Castle of Heart haven’t changed; and it seems my fondness is followed by a few others, because a new version of the game has just Launched.
Called castle of Heart: Retold, the revamped platformer has seen just about everything touched up: graphics, gameplay and story have all seen changes.
Playing videogames, writing about videogames, considering videogames—that about sums it up. Videogames are the one hobby that I’ve kept since I was only little, zapping ducks on the NES or knocking out MR. X. And when I’m not enjoying classics from the bit generation of games or checking out those earliest of polygons, I’m probably playing something from today’s age of modern gaming: if I’m not complaining about it. Something I’m doing at the moment? Playing though Lost Eidolons and Unicorn Overlord.
