Breath of Fire 4 On GOG

One of the best games on the Playstation, one of the best JRPGs of all time and the second best game in the classic Breath of Fire series (BoF 3 is still number one in my book) has mad its way to Good Old Games. The fourth game in the Breath of Fire series came along more than twenty years ago (back in the year 2000) but stands as a fantastic example of JRPG fun, whether looked at as a classic game or as a modern release. BoF 4 graphics puts many ‘pixel-art’ games to shame, characters that will stay with you after you turn your PC (or Steam Deck) off, and gameplay that was built upon from predecessor Breath of Fire 3. I’d still love to see a physical collection of the Breath of Fire games, as well as a new game in the series, but if nothing else, even a digital release of one of the best games on any Playstation console is worth the £8.99 GOG is asking for; and remember that GOG allow for you to download the game installer, another plus.
