A1200 Now In U.S.A.
Coming to America
Americans have had something of a frustration with Retro Games Limited and their full-sized A1200. The newest emulation machine from the people behind the C64-mini, the A500-mini and the Spectrum have had pre-orders up for the A1200 (comes with a working keyboard, unlike the A500) in European markets (and Australia if I’m not mistaken) for a little while now, but America has been left out. That was until now, as the A1200 is available for pre-order on Amazon’s U.S.A. website.
Playing videogames, writing about videogames, considering videogames—that about sums it up. Videogames are the one hobby that I’ve kept since I was only little, zapping ducks on the NES or knocking out MR. X. And when I’m not enjoying classics from the bit generation of games or checking out those earliest of polygons, I’m probably playing something from today’s age of modern gaming: if I’m not complaining about it. Something I’m doing at the moment? Chest thumping Donkey Kong Bananza.
