There been a bit of a buzz about Valve’s recently revealed Steam Machine and the prospect of a Steam Deck that’s ‘six times more powerful’ and is also a PC. But one thing that we don’t know yet is just how much a Steam Machine will set us back. Well, bad news, I’m not about to tell you. There is no official news on what the price is going to be, but in a recent video for Youtube channel Linus Tech Tips, it was revealed that Valve would not be following the same pricing model as console manufactures, but will instead take a PC approach to pricing. What does this mean? Probably that the Steam Machine is going to cost more than the Switch 2, but maybe not as much as a Playstation 5 Pro, at least we hope so.
