We all knew this day would come and yet knowing has done little to soften the shocker that is the first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog the movie.

Okay, so Sonic looks weird, Jim Carrey as Eggman felt off, and the plot (from the trailer at least) looks bare bones at best, but honestly now, who here isn’t at least a little interested to see just how bad Paramount gets this? I know through gritted teeth I am. Oh, just me then.

Sonic the Hedgehog the movie should be hitting cinemas in November should you be brave enough to go see it.
